Currently we have to implement our own component and logic to open and close drawer navigation. For apps that use drawer navigation as the main app navigator, this is very cumbersome.

It'd be really nice for the drawer navigation to provide a global drawer icon/component that shows up on every screen (perhaps in the header) to toggle the drawer.
