You can set

overlayStyle={{ backgroundColor: 'transparent' }}

to achieve this

satya164: Hi - could you link to the docs that support this or give more information on where overlayStyle exists as a property? I can't find it except in stack navigators, which doesn't seem to do anything with the drawer.

Making it optional to remove the shadow on drawer navigation is very important.
