Scroll to top of current tab when it is pressed again in TabNavigator

With a TabNavigator, if the current tab selected has been scrolled down (ScrollView/FlatList) and you press on that tab again in the navigator it should scroll to the top of the current tab.

I'd love to see this functionality as it has become somewhat expected by users.

+1 for this. On iOS, at least you can tap on the status bar to scroll to the top, but on Android, there's no easy way for this to happen. So definitely most beneficial on Android.
